Octoberfest and Open House
On Saturday, October 16, starting at 10:30 am, we’re celebrating the Bavarian and German tradition of Octoberfest with a demonstration of hearty food to warm you from the inside outward. Potato soup, sausages, sauerkraut, hot salads and dumplings are just a few things that Oktoberfest is famed for. Join us and pick up tips on how you can create a Bavarian-style Oktoberfest from our seasoned chef instructors. Gingerbread Bake Off
On Saturday, December 11, starting at 10:30 am, enjoy a fun-filled event that all the family can savor. Get into the holiday and competitive spirit in our Gingerbread House bake off that’s open to all—children, teens, adults and industry professionals. We’ll also discover who the finest young cookie decorator of them all is in our kids’ holiday-cookie decorating competition.
