Farm to Table and Sustainable Food Fair Cooking Demonstration and Open House
Farm-to-table, sustainable foods picked or raised locally not only taste good, but offer a high nutritional value. On Saturday, April 14, 2012, starting at 10:30 am, Le Cordon Bleu is celebrating its commitment to local, organically grown produce and extending an invitation for you to attend our Farm-to-Table Food Fair and Open House. Watch as our professional chef instructors demonstrate what you can do to turn farm-fresh ingredients into spectacular seasonal dishes. While you’re here for the cooking tips, take a campus tour; check out our industry-equipped kitchens and talk to a chef instructor. You can get an idea of what culinary school is really like and how you can learn the way and train for the culinary and baking arts.
