In this hands-on course as part of the MasterChef Cooking Class, taught by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, you can learn the techniques, secrets, tips and tricks to grill like a master of the coals. You will be introduced to the proper methods for grilling fish, poultry and beef using direct, indirect and multi-level grilling techniques. Plus, we get creative in the kitchen with a MasterChef Mystery Box!
