We’re hosting a Best Ever BBQ Cooking Demonstration and Open House where you can pick up tips that can make you a master of the coals, wood chips or gas grill. So join us and watch as our professional chef instructors demonstrate the finer points of cooking meats, veggies and other BBQ fixings over open fire. While you’re here, tour the campus and our kitchens equipped — just like those you’d find in a real-world restaurant.
