Explore the Mediterranean at Texas Culinary Academy’s Fourth Annual Mediterranean Food Fest
WHO:
Texas Culinary Academy (TCA), a Le Cordon Bleu program, is hosting the fourth annual Le Cordon Bleu Mediterranean Festival.
WHAT:
The fourth annual Le Cordon Bleu Mediterranean Festival celebrates traditional Mediterranean ingredients and cooking techniques during a event filled day with TCA chef instructors and students.
The festival offers attendees the opportunity to enjoy hands-on cooking seminars for children and adults, free demonstrations and a student symposium about the unique cuisines of the Mediterranean. The event is open to the public and free, with the exception of participation in the wine and cooking classes.

Tour the Mediterranean through a student symposium offering tastes of the various regions from noon – 3 p.m.
Watch our TCA chef instructors demonstrate classic dishes from the Mediterranean at 11:30 a.m., 1:00 and 2:30 p.m.
Attend wine classes or Mediterranean cooking technique classes through our Bleu Cooks program. These classes carry a cost of $15 each.
White Wines of the Mediterranean class is from noon – 1 p.m. and Red Wines of the Mediterranean class is from 2 – 3 p.m.
