CHICAGO - (September 27, 2012) –On Thursday, October 25, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago and key culinary and beverage sponsors are presenting an evening of global cuisine - all for a good cause.  The event will begin at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception featuring a special Oktoberfest cocktail in Le Cordon Bleu’s Technique Restaurant.  Here, guests will receive passports and will be assigned a tour guide for the six station global culinary tour.  Each station will be manned by a Le Cordon Bleu chef instructor along with students and feature three signature items interpreted from culinary greats.  Net proceeds from the dinner will go to the Career Education Scholarship Fund for the benefit of three outstanding Le Cordon Bleu students.

“As a graduate and a Board member of the school, I am so pleased that the series of dinners and special events to support our scholarship fund are continuing and will draw from the talents of our chef instructors, our students, our Board of Directors and key sponsors of the evening.  It will be a very special and unique event, one that we are excited to present,” said Jeanette Stancato.
