Gastronomy 101 - A Culinary Experience Specifically designed for junior and senior high school students, this program provides an immersive experience in culinary education and preparing for your future. In the hands-on cooking lab, you'll have a unique opportunity to step into the kitchen, plan a menu, work as a team and explore how science, technology, engineering and math apply outside of the classroom and contribute to achieving goals in work and daily lives.
