At Le Cordon Bleu campuses, we offer specialized programs that can prepare students for careers in the culinary arts, pâtisserie and baking, or hospitality and restaurant management fields. Through a methodology and curriculum founded on over 100 years of culinary and educational excellence, we can help your high schooler learn the way to positions in the culinary field.

Here, your son or daughter will work alongside professional chef instructors who teach foundational skills that students can apply to any style of cooking, while helping them develop their confidence and creativity. Le Cordon Bleu offers students the opportunity to:

• Learn hands on in industry-equipped kitchens.
• Practice their skills in an on-campus student-run restaurant that’s open to the public.**
• Perfect their skills in an externship where they will work with and be mentored by culinary professionals in a real-world restaurant or hospitality establishment.

Admissions

Our admissions representatives are experienced in helping those approaching high school graduation. They can answer questions you and your son or daughter may have about culinary career opportunities and our culinary training programs, and assist your high schooler in making the right decisions for the future.

Financial Aid Assistance and Scholarships

All students can receive tuition planning assistance which can help alleviate some of the stress you may feel as you plan for your child’s college education. Financial aid, loans or grants are available for those who qualify to help reduce out of pocket expenses. Le Cordon Bleu can help you identify funding sources and available scholarships that can help finance your child’s education. In addition, Le Cordon Bleu offers a variety of scholarships to qualified students from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. These scholarships are designed to help aspiring young culinary and hospitality-career seekers invest in their future and follow their hearts into a field they love.

Tutoring/Mentoring

Additional tutoring assistance is available through our library at no additional charge.

Student Housing

Le Cordon Bleu offers a complimentary apartment locating service to help you find a place for your child to live. Many apartments are within walking or biking distance of our schools.

Though your high school senior may be getting more independent, he or she still needs your support and guidance in choosing a school that can unlock a future your son or daughter will be passionate about. At Le Cordon Bleu, we can help your high schooler learn the way.
