Welcome Teachers and Counselors
Your Educational Resource for Careers in Culinary Arts
At Le Cordon Bleu, we applaud your hard work in teaching students the culinary arts, and starting them on their way toward a career they can be passionate about. We welcome you to call upon us as a resource; to answer questions about the culinary industry or cooking; provide information about careers in culinary arts; or to offer suggestions on innovative classroom instruction.

Le Cordon Bleu partners with high school culinary programs such as ProStart, Family Career Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and SkillsUSA, by mentoring students and offering scholarship opportunities. |
As graduation approaches, we hope your students will continue their studies through postsecondary training focused on the culinary arts, foodservice and hospitality industries. We welcome you to set up a field trip to a Le Cordon Bleu campus by contacting the campus. You and your students are also invited to tour our campuses individually, see the commercial kitchens where students receive their training, meet our chef instructors, and talk with alumni about their experience before, during, and after their Le Cordon Bleu training. We also encourage high school students to check out our scholarships or to test their skills at a scholarship competition.
With 1.3 million culinary jobs expected over the next decade and the number of foodservice managers projected to increase 8% from 2010 to 2020,* the restaurant and hospitality industries can offer exciting options for careers in culinary arts to your students. Together we can position passionate individuals to learn the way to a career and future in the field they love.
