Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago provides a creative and supportive environment that simulates the culinary world. At our Chicago cooking school, you’ll work in industry-equipped kitchens, using fine ingredients and commercial-grade tools. Like our other students from the Chicago area and worldwide, you’ll train alongside professional chef instructors who share their real-world experience − and encourage you to develop your creativity. These masters of the craft teach classic foundational techniques and innovations essential to any style of cuisine. Through a methodology of demonstration followed by hands-on application, you can develop new skills and the confidence to continue your journey to a world of culinary possibilities.

You’ll gain valuable back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house experience as you practice your skills in the many positions of our Chicago campus, student-run restaurant. *Our school has an articulation agreement which allows our graduates to transfer into a Culinary Management BA online program offered by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale (ACICS/ACCSC Accredited). This articulation agreement is a formal, written document that defines how courses taken at our school can be applied towards this online program.
