This is a specialized culinary training program with an on-ground and online component that provides newcomers the best of both worlds. For students who are just starting their culinary education, the program begins with hands-on instruction in the professional kitchens at Le Cordon Bleu.
Our professional instructors teach students foundational skills in cooking and baking including Cordon Vert® coursework and face to face and online instruction, and provide training in key aspects of kitchen operations including CordonTec® coursework and face to face and online instruction. Next, for newcomers and holders of a culinary arts Certificate or Diploma, the Associate in Culinary Operations provides comprehensive training focusing on the discipline of food service operations. This unique program can help students advance their career opportunities in customer service, procurement, purchasing, management and other areas of food service operations.
*Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts has articulation agreements with many culinary schools that may allow students to transfer completed courses from their certificate or diploma into this program. Contact an Admissions Representative at your school for more information.
