Battle of the Pig in Boston

Ron Savenor of Savenor's Market http://www.savenorsmarket.com in Boston stopped by to do a Butchery Demonstration of a Pig yesterday.  After the Demonstration was done, students and chefs participated in a "Battle of the Pig" competition.  The smell that filled the kitchens was fantastic, however the tastes were even better.  Among the food cooked included Pork Wontons, Pulled Pork Sandwiches and a Crowned Roast. Thank you to all that participated..It was a great lunch!!
