Chef Klaus Friedenreich is awarded the ACF Presidential Coin

April 20, 2011 Le Cordon Bleu General, Orlando 0 Comments

Congratulations to Chef Klaus Friedenreich, CMC on receiving the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Presidential Coin in recognition of his work with future culinarians and in the industry.  ACF National President, Michael Ty, CEC, AAC, presented one of his coins to Chef Friedenreich at the ACF President’s Ball held in January 2011.  “It’s an honor to receive the Presidential Coin because each one is numbered”, said Chef Friedenreich, whose coin is number 119.  On one side of the coin is the ACF logo along with the years President Ty has held his position with the national chapter.  On the other side is the statement, “Respect Your Culinary Heritage” in English and Chinese, which has special meaning for President Ty as his family was also part of the culinary industry.  Again, congratulations to Chef Friedenreich on his well deserved achievement.
