Le Cordon Bleu Seattle Career Fair

Monday was an exciting day for LCB Seattle: Current Students and Alumni flooded the campus for our Career Fair! Le Cordon Bleu Seattle Career Services welcomed 7 local employers, Monday, April 25, 2011 for the 6 hour event. Students and alumni had the opportunity network and apply for externships and employment with some of our local employment partners. Career services was thrilled to host the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, The Holiday Inn, Marriott Hotels, Levy Restaurants, Eurest Dining Services, Bon Appetit Management Company, and  Suncadia Resort.

Our Cuisines Across Cultures class served an excellent Indian inspired lunch and our Patisserie and Baking students created breakfast pastries as well as a beautiful lemon tart dessert (pictured below). Our guests gave the students high praise for their hard work and delicious food.
