Saturday, April 9, LCB Orlando students worked side by side with some of the industry’s top chefs at the Jetport Food and Wine Party in conjunction with the Celebration Exotic Car Festival. One of the hottest parties of the year started with the transformation of a private jet hangar into a South Beach inspired nightclub. The event hosted by Bocuse D’Or and Les Chefs de France featured an array of world class culinary creations and exceptional wines. A number of local restaurants, Ravenous Pig, Luma, Primo, Big Wheel Provisions, K Restaurant, and many more joined in the fun. In addition to great food and wine, the evening also included an air show, silent auction and fashion show. Students who worked this event saw another side of the industry, and they were able to show off their skills to top chefs and restaurateurs.
