Renown Pastry Chef Mixes it up at LCB Boston

Named one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional Magazine, Chef Nicholas Lodge visited LCB Boston's campus for a presentation and demo.  Chef Lodge's experience is vast, including several cakes and desert pieces for celebrities around the world. 

Among his many accomplishments includes creating one of the official wedding cakes for the wedding of Lady Diana and Prince Charles.  Chef Lodge was also commissioned to create a cake for the Queen's 80th birthday and the Christening cake for Prince Harry.  While his work with the Royal Family is very impressive, Chef Hodge's presentation included the process of making wedding cakes for ordinary clients.  His insight and expertise helped our students in understanding the Cake Industry.
