ACF Chefs Association of Arizona, Inc. will hold its monthly meeting on Skybridge Campus Monday February 7, 2011 at 5:00 PM. Students Come listen to Nina Spitzer, Celiac Disease Foundation, Greater Phoenix Chapter, President and Gluten Free-Absolutely! LLC, CEO/Consultant tell us about Celiac Disease and how we as Chefs can adapt our food service to take on this ever growing group.
