Last week, Le Cordon Bleu Seattle Students, along with our very own Chef Shannon Herman, took their culinary skills, knife kits, and generosity to the Ronald McDonald House here in Seattle.

The Ronald McDonald House is a home-away-from-home for the families of seriously ill children: a place for families to gather, sleep, plan and of course EAT!
LCB Students have volunteered their time to this organization several times in the past for a family dinner service, but last weekend, for the first time we served the best meal of the day: Breakfast! What was on the menu, you may ask? The best of a classic breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Fresh Fruit, Potatoes, Cinnamon Rolls and Fresh Squeezed OJ.
LCB Seattle continues to be so grateful for the chance to work with families at the Ronald McDonald House.
