Chef Metz stops by LCB Boston for Demo

Last week LCB Boston had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Ferdinand Metz and his brother Reinhold to our campus here in Boston.  They put on a fabulous demo to a lecture kitchen packed with students.  In addition to getting to see a great demo, our students got the opportunity to ask the Metz brothers a number of questions about the industry and also their experience.  The visit was a blast and we hope to see the Metz brothers back in Boston real soon..
