Each Month in 2011, Le Cordon Bleu Seattle will be hosting an Employer Spotlight, where students and alumni can learn about a specific niche in the industry and network with potential future employers. Last week, we were thrilled to host Princess Wilderness Lodges.

Allan Abramovitz, the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, and Nicole Gardner the Hotel Manager at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge joined us on Wednesday, January 26th 2011. They shared information about their lodges and what job opportunities are available with Princess Wilderness Lodges in the 2011 Summer Season. In addition to hosting interviews with students and alumni for externships and employment, they offered invaluable insight into the job search process at an Alumni Career Services Workshop.
Their messages of professionalism, eagerness to learn and respect allowed students to be excited about their LCB Education. Thank you to The Princess Wilderness Lodge for the visit to Le Cordon Bleu, our staff and students appreciate your wisdom!
