LCB Portland Takes 1st and 2nd Place in BBQ Competition

Two teams of Le Cordon Bleu Portland students competed in the American Culinary Foundations BBQ Competition sponsored by the Oregon Beef Council at Oaks Park this past weekend.  Competing against them were two teams from Northwest Culinary Institute with two other schools bowing out of the competition. 

Taking first place was the LCB Team consisting of Anthony Hardie, YooJeong Moon, and Brandon Willard.

Taking second place was the LCB Team consisting of Chris Bailey, Mark Johnson, and GA Knight.

Congratulations teams on a job well done!
