Chef Guiet was born in Vendee, France and has worked in famous hotels across France and Canada.  He is currently the Technical Director and Cuisine Instructor at LCB in Ottawa. Chef Guiets has spent the week here in Boston doing demo's and workshops with our students and Chefs.  His expertise and knowledge of the industry has given students a different perspective of the industry.  Thanks for stopping by Chef!!
