Lobsters and Mussels at LCB Boston

LCB Boston was lucky to have an exciting and informative demo done yesterday by the Atlantic Canadian Seafood Council.  The demo featured cooking techniques and recipes using mostly Mussels and Lobster.  Students and industry professionals were pleased with the information and also got a chance to try some of the recipes.  In Boston we love our seafood, so for us this was a great way to get some new ideas on how to cook it.
