Another graduate success story! Ms. Monique Barrow, who completed the Associate of Occupational Sciense Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts in September 2010, is now the Executive Chef at Bottle Bar Restaurant!
Chef Barrow completed her externship at this restaurant under the supervision of Executive Chef/Proprietor, Ian Winslade (former Executive Chef for BluePointe and Spice Market and Market of the W Hotel in Downtown/Midtown) utilizing her educational experience. She went on to assist in training other externs as the site continues to recruit our students. Showing strong leadership skills and dedication toward her job to the executive team, today, Chef Winslade have step down to spend more time with his family and have handed her the toque to run the kitchen at Bottle Bar.
Chef Barrow was here on May 23rd for our Summer Career Event to continue recruiting our students for externship and full-time positions.
