Sazon! A Latin Culinary Experience was a hit with over 70 guests in attendance!  The Latin American Association hosted this fundraising event in Technique on Friday, September 9 ^th .  Our student volunteers and restaurant rotation students worked tirelessly to make this a successful event.   Very special recognition goes to Chef Russell Hays for coordination with the guest chefs and students.  I was also very proud to see Chef Kenji Terawaki in action as well.  Chef Terawaki was a featured guest chef on the program.  His recipe contributions included Apio Palta Salad (Celery & Blueberry Salad in an Avocado Cilantro Dressing) and Pastelera Salad (Grilled Corn Salad with Raspberries and Fresh Basil).
