kitchenScottsdale Culinary Institute brings together students from around the world who share a passion and love of culinary arts or hospitality management, and who wish to pursue a culinary arts education. The admissions process begins with a visit to our campus or by clicking here to start the application process.

Are you interested in restaurant management or a culinary arts education? Tours are scheduled by appointment, seven days a week, for your convenience and you are encouraged to talk with our students and instructors. A tour will also give you the opportunity to meet with your Admission Representative and a Tuition Planning Professional.

To excel in the culinary arts, students are expected to show a high degree of motivation and ambition. All our students must have a high school diploma or an equivalency certificate (GED). Please contact the Admissions Department for complete admissions requirements

The backgrounds and histories of our students are extremely diverse. Some students have a GED, others have a PhD, and ages range from 17 to 78. Students may be making a career change while others are already experienced in the food service and hospitality management industries. All are ambitious to develop their skills to become a professional chef, restaurant manager, or owner with a culinary arts education.

Our diverse student body has one thing in common--the drive and passion to fulfill their dreams. At Scottsdale Culinary Institute, you can learn basic and advanced culinary arts skills while sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge through serving others. This bond can establish lifelong friendships and a professional network that will be with you throughout your entire industry career.
