Which means your classes will be held in professional kitchens and dining rooms – and from day one you can be learning and performing the skills and techniques used by professionals in top restaurants and hotels. Your teachers will be professional chef instructors and other culinary/hospitality professionals whose total attention will be on preparing you and students like you for professional careers in this exciting field.
