Classes nationwide teach passionate, non-professional chefs to improve techniques
CHICAGO (June 23, 2011) – Are you an amateur chef looking to ramp up your skills and show-off your cooking talents? Le Cordon Bleu, the leading provider of culinary arts education in the United States, announced today an exclusive partnership with the international hit culinary show “MasterChef,” which airs Monday and Tuesday nights on FOX, to offer on-going MasterChef Cooking Classes taught by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs at each of the 16 Le Cordon Bleu campuses throughout the U.S.

Taught by Le Cordon Bleu chef instructors, each MasterChef class will include the MasterChef Mystery Box and focus on a specific culinary topic that will help the passionate cooks learn new skills and advance their current techniques. Upcoming sessions include Baking 101, International Cuisine 101 and Seasonal Cuisine 101, with specialties such as A Celebration of France and The Ultimate Appetizer Party.
