Welcome to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin
The Live Music Capital of the World, home to 6th Street and SXSW, also has a burgeoning culinary scene and we are proud to be part of it. In the Domain neighborhood of North Austin Le Cordon Bleu Austin is surrounded by hotels, night clubs, parks, shopping and, of course, restaurants.
Convenience with state-of-the-art facilities
The Rapid 803 express bus stops at the campus. This bus runs all-day from the campus, through downtown Austin, to south Austin and back. Students are eligible for discount passes.
Our large, modern facility features 10 kitchen classrooms, 6 lecture classrooms, a computer lab, learning center and culinary garden. We have a phenomenal relationship with our city and, unlike some other programs, ours is 100% devoted to the culinary arts.

Our faculty are all industry professionals and include Chef Aimee Olson our Director of Education who also serves on many local boards; Chef Kevin Quinn, a Lead Instructor who also makes regular appearances on local television; and Chef Scott Cohen, former executive chef Watermark Hotel, San Antonio.
Among our notable alumni is Paul Qui who won Top Chef, Season 9.
We also work to cultivate relationships within our community and our students are actively recruited. A recent highlight is the JW Marriott in downtown Austin—the largest JW Marriott in the United States and the 2nd largest in the world.
