Situated within easy distance of some of the country’s best restaurants, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami aims to provide career-focused training to students in the culinary arts and pâtisserie and baking. In keeping with the city’s exciting and diverse cultural atmosphere, our programs are offered both in English and Spanish languages.
Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami strives to provide a creative and supportive environment that simulates the culinary world. Like our other students from southern Florida and worldwide, you’ll use fine ingredients and commercial-grade tools while working in industry-equipped kitchens. You’ll train alongside chefs who share their real-world experience − and encourage you to develop your creativity. These professional chef instructors teach classic foundational techniques and innovations necessary to create any style of cuisine. Through a methodology of demonstration followed by hands-on application, you can develop new skills and the confidence to continue your journey to a world of culinary possibilities.
You can gain valuable back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house experience as you practice your skills in a simulated restaurant environment. As you near completion of your training, you can perfect your skills in real-world externship, working with and being mentored by culinary or hospitality establishment professionals.
Through our immersive approach, you’ll learn the way and hopefully prepare for the next step of your journey to a culinary future. By the time you complete your studies, you may be ready to pursue a wide variety of culinary positions or to hone your skills and advance your career in the culinary, hospitality and foodservice industries.
*Our school has an articulation agreement which allows our graduates to transfer into a Culinary Management BA online program offered by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale (ACICS/ACCSC Accredited). This articulation agreement is a formal, written document that defines how courses taken at our school can be applied towards this online program. Program offerings may vary by campus. Not all programs are available to residents of all states. Credits earned at Le Cordon Bleu are unlikely to transfer externally, but Le Cordon Bleu credits will transfer within Le Cordon Bleu if you choose to continue on and pursue a higher degree program with us.
