The city’s international population – particularly its Cuban and Caribbean influences – creates an incubator of innovative cooking styles and flavors. Our South Florida location gives students the opportunity to sample local exotic flavors al fresco, under the palm trees. Or drink in the sights and sounds along the breathtakingly beautiful South Beach, which parties all night long with a dazzling mélange of clubs and restaurants. If clubbing and dining are Miami’s favorite indoor activities, shopping is certainly close behind. You can find everything from the upscale Bal Harbour Shops and major national retailers to trendy boutiques, flea market vintage and designer outlets at Miami’s many popular shopping destinations.
