Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland (formerly Western Culinary Institute) offers a full spectrum of culinary education combining the history and teachings of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu with a challenging and comprehensive curriculum including Culinary Arts and Pâtisserie and Baking training. Our programs can help prepare students for opportunities in the culinary arts, pastry and banking, and hospitality industries.

What We Do

Our students can develop a focused, theoretical foundation and learn essential technical skills that can be applied to the finest European and North American culinary traditions, methods, and industry-current technologies.
