For individuals who have already earned an associate degree in culinary arts, pastry arts or hospitality and restaurant management from any accredited school, our Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management degree program offers the opportunity to take your education to a higher level at our culinary art college. This culinary management degree completion program, also known as a 2 + 2 program, is taught by our experienced chef instructors in our professionally equipped kitchens and the student-run campus restaurant where you can have the opportunity to learn front-of-house skills hands on. Designed for individuals who wish to gain bachelor’s credentials and key managerial skills, the culinary management degree program may be ideal for those seeking management positions in the hospitality and restaurant industries or seeking to pursue success in their own establishment.

Culinary Art Degrees: Primary Program Objectives

  • Acquire the knowledge base necessary to oversee organizational functions, including purchasing and inventory controls, food and wine operations, front-of-the-house operations, and management.
  • Apply management theory and leadership principles.
  • Learn to use statistical analysis to aid in management decisions.
  • Understand team dynamics and the role teams play in the workplace.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial view toward addressing hospitality management issues.
  • Develop leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in managing human resources in diverse hospitality organizations.
