Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale features two on-campus, open-to-the-public restaurants. L’Ecole Restaurant, offering fine dining, and L’Acadamie Restaurant, a bistro-style restaurant, are run by our students who prepare and serve the meals. While patrons enjoy a delicious dining experience, as a student you’ll have the opportunity to apply your culinary training and gain relevant experience in an active restaurant environment. It’s an extraordinary opportunity to spend time at each of the various kitchen stations: hot, cold, pastry, prep, etc., and acquire experience in both front- and back-of-the-house functions. For Our Restaurant Patrons
We’re very proud of our restaurants and the professionalism of our student chefs and servers. Many customers return again and again to enjoy our exemplary service and delicious meals. All aspects of food service and preparation are executed by our students under the supervision of our instructors.

Reservations are recommended at both restaurants – and almost always required at L’Ecole Restaurant.

Dinner – 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Enjoy dining at its finest. L’Ecole Restaurant has earned a Mobil 3-star rating, the highest award granted for student-operated restaurants, and has gained an excellent reputation. The exquisite prix fix menu features modern interpretations of classic French cuisine. A full bar is available to compliment your dining experience and personal wines are welcome – a corkage fee applies. The dining room can accommodate over 100 patrons, but due to the restaurant’s popularity, reservations are often filled more than a month in advance. Dress code is business casual.

Enjoy the dynamic and robust flavors of contemporary North American cuisine at our bistro-style restaurant. You can feel the energy in this wonderful eating environment. Its centralized location attracts locals as well as tourists throughout the year. The menu includes soups, salads, pizza, sandwiches and paninis, and innovative entrees and small plates.
