Texas themed cakes celebrate a slice of Texas history

April 28, 2011 Le Cordon Bleu Austin, General, Le Cordon Bleu 0 Comments

Texas has so many layers…so cooking students at Le Cordon Bleu have been tasked with creating a confectionary version of what makes them sweet on this state.  Their creations---everything from a space shuttle to a Gulf seafood cake…to a cake version of the Alamo—will be on display at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum April 21st.
